Potato fritters
Ingredients
- 1kg potatoes
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
METHOD
- Peel the potatoes and grate them into a large mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the flour and eggs. Mix well. Option: try adding a thinly sliced onion or some parsley.
- Heat up the oil in a frying pan, or in a deep fryer, spoon the mixture into small fritters and fry until they turn golden brown on each side.
- Serve with a green salad.
