Alpine ski touring and mountaineering are high-mountain, out-of-bounds activities. Both require experience in the mountains, understanding current local snow conditions and weather patterns, as well as carrying the right safety equipment (purchase or rent from a local sports shop if needed).
Prior to heading out, We recommend speaking with local professionals (high-mountain guides and patrollers) and notifying your friends or accommodations as to you where you plan to venture.
