Meet Kate:
- Monday mornings on the terrace of the Orange Cow for a YogaMass session (09:30-10:45). Or for an energizing yoga session right after (11am-12pm).
- Tuesday mornings at the top of Altispace for YogaMass (09:30-10:45)
- Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Espace Santé Bien-être l'Équilibre for private lessons (up to 3 people).
Yoga is a body and breath practice for all ages. It includes breathing techniques and postures to reconnect to your true self. Kate teaches several styles of yoga, all adapted to your needs : Hatha, Vinyasa, Bowspring, Yoga Nidra, Restorative.
Every moment on your mat is the opportunity to find your center and balance your body and mind.
A regular yoga practice will improve your quality of life. Some of the benefits of yoga include : improved sleep, patience and focus, better digestion, more energy, stable body weight and decreased stress.
Kate also offers consultations and coaching sessions to help orient you on your wellness path.

Kate offers private, small group, or community classes. She offers yoga, breathing and meditation practices outside in the fresh mountain air, indoors in a calming space, or in your home. She has something to offer everyone looking to enjoy their vacation in a relaxed manner. With almost 20 years of teaching experience, Kate responds to your needs, whether they may be for deep relaxation, concentration or vitality, all while adapting to the individual.
