Reception
Technical equipment is provided: neoprene suits and socks, harnesses, helmets, waterproof bags and cans for day trips.
Provide shoes like "basketball" or "mountain" that can go in the water and a swimsuit.
It is imperative to know how to swim and not to have contraindications to the activity.
