The spa is a bath that can accommodate several people at a time, equipped with hydrojets and nozzles through which compressed air escapes to provide a sensation of massage. The hammam is a moist heat bath: the maximum temperature is around 42 ° C but the heat is 100% saturated with humidity which makes it quite bearable. The sauna is a dry heat bath: the temperature can reach 70 ° C. It's a small intimate wooden cabin: it can accommodate a few people, seated on benches arranged in tiers.
Choosing between the sauna and the hammam is a matter of taste and tolerance. In either case, their moderate but regular practice will bring you relaxation and well-being.
Access to the swimming pool and the spa is conditioned by a soaped shower.Wearing a swimsuit and the use of a bath towel on the benches are compulsory. Wearing jewelry, metal objects, glasses, etc. is strongly discouraged in the sauna and hammam. Access reserved for over 18s.
