A pretty walk through the forest of spruce trees, larches and Swiss stone pines. The route starts under Plagne Aime 2000, next to the MMV Hotel Club.

Approximately 45 mins walk down to reach the bottom of Plagne 1800 chairlift. You can make a short detour to admire the Lac Vert covered in snow as you walk down.
When you reach Plagne 1800, walk back up the road through the village to the top of Plagne 1800 (next to the cash machine). From there, follow the marked trail that winds through the chalets for about 35 mins.
You then arrive at the entrance to Plagne Centre, at the wooden building (biomass heating plant) and opposite the car park below La Bergerie chairlift.
You can also do this walk in the opposite direction, starting from the right of Plagne 1800 chairlift or from the biomass heating plant in Plagne Centre and finishing in Plagne Aime 2000.

    From Plagne 1800, you can take the chairlift up as a pedestrian (ticket 8€)
    Free inter-resort shuttle buses run every 15 minutes
    From Plagne Centre to Plagne Aime 2000, you can take the Télémétro (free)

    Start from under the MMV Plagne 2000 residence, before the rubbish containers.
    1/ Follow the footpath that winds through the forest.
    2/ At the first junction, you can make a détour to the Lac Vert, following the path to the right.
    3/ At the junction, take the path to the left, then continue on the path that winds down to Plagne 1800.
    4/ At the bottom of Plagne 1800 chairlift, cross over to Le Loup Blanc restaurant to take the path to the right that goes up through Plagne 1800.
    5/ Walk up to the top of Plagne 1800 where you will see a Laydernier bank cash machine.
    6/ Go into the chalet and walk up the stairs.
    7/ Follow the path to the right.
    8/ Walk past the chalets, then take the path to the left that winds up towards Plagne Centre.
    9/ You will arrive in Plagne Centre at the biomass heating plant.

    Dogs are allowed on the trails provided they are kept on a lead and that the owners take a poop bag from the resort before they set off.
