    1 /From the parking lot, take the gravel path in the direction of Mayse-Lac de Lessy. 2/ After a few twists and turns in the pastures, the path crosses the forest; in its upper part, the path, almost horizontal, crosses several avalanche paths where you may see some chamois. 3/ Cross the alpine pasture of Mayse. 4/ Continue past the chalets in the direction of the Col de la Forclaz. 5/ At the Col de la Forclaz go back down to the lake of Lessy. 6/ Return by the same path

    Swimming in the lake of Lessy is strictly forbidden! A high altitude lake has a very fragile ecosystem that must not be disturbed.

    Herding dogs are present in the vicinity of the lake from the beginning of July to the end of September, they must be approached with great caution and certain instructions must be respected . Dogs must be kept on a lead.
