Starting point at the Lac du Loup above the Montaimont village. Go along the lake towards the «Combes» and then the «Ramées». Then, continue in the direction of the Paradis. You can continue towards Saint-François Longchamp either by the chalets Rimollard (as indicated on the map), or go down towards the Ste-Anne chapel. The stroll from the Lac du Loup to the Paradis lasts about 2 hours. Depending on the itinerary you choose to go down to Saintfrançois Longchamp, see the time indicated on the directional signs.
