    1/ Start from the Graydon parking lot in front of the refreshment area
    2/ Take the path on the left about 20 m before the refreshment room.
    3/ Climb up through the mountain pastures to La Chaux de Vie
    4/ Reach the Col Ratti, the highest point of the tour.
    5/ Descend to Col de la Basse
    6/ At Col de la Basse, take the left-hand path towards Les Paquis, Graydon
    7/ At Les Praz, take the forest track that runs above the chalets.
    8/ Continue on the track until you reach the path on the left towards Criou (signpost).
    9/ Take the path up to the pass, then down to Criou.
    10/ At Criou, take the forest track down to Graydon, les Places
    11/ Take the left-hand path towards Graydon
    12/ Cross the forest until you reach the hamlet of Les Places.
    13/ Take the road up to Graydon

    Not adapted to strollers

    - Choose your route according to your physical condition and the weather conditions.
    - Follow the instructions for signposting.
    - Don't set off too late in the afternoon, to make sure you're back before dark.
    - Take sufficient food and water with you. Mountain sports require a lot of energy.

    Dogs must be kept on a leash due to the presence of herds.

    Period of practice

    From 01/05 to 31/10.
    Accessible outside the snow season and subject to weather conditions. Check with the Tourist Office beforehand for current access conditions. Recommended season: spring - summer - autumn.
