    0/ At La Couaz, cross the car park and the wooden bridge. Take the track on the left along the Doron. The track crosses a meadow (picnic area) then continues to the bridge of La Chiserette.
    1/ From there, go straight on up 50m on the track then take a path on the left along the Doron. The route follows the left bank of the Doron until you reach the tarmac road and the bridge at the hamlet of Le Bois.

    2/ Cross the bridge over the Doron, turn right to take the track in the meadows and then in the woods; it then follows the Doron on the right bank to reach the hamlet of Friburge.

    3/ In the village, a visit to the woodcarving workshop is recommended. Opposite the village, it is interesting to admire the exterior of the small chapel of Notre-Dame des Grâces.

    4/ Return to the tarmac road; walk up it for 150m then turn left onto a path along the left bank of the Doron; through the meadows and along the torrent, it takes 25 minutes to reach the Laisonnay car park.
    Return: by the same route.
    At the Nordic chalet, you can return to La Chiserette by crossing the Canada campsite and the Parcours Aventure.
