The abbey church

A Gothic architectural ensemble, the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption has a rich and complex history. Adorned with trompe-l'oeil decorations painted in the 19th century by a Piedmontese artist, Casimir Vicario, and sumptuous furnishings, it is not to be missed.
