A former goat farmer, the artist Pierre-Louis Chippon has moved into the field of animal and human sculpture, using mainly old farm tools. An intricate, detailed artwork made from salvaged materials, this cow has pride of place in front of the Heritage House and gives a second life to these obsolete tools.
