"The History of Cow Art" is a mural painting created in 2007 by the collective Melting Paint.The first mural painted by the Melting Paint collective, with the participation of no fewer than 200 apprentice painters during the week-long “Au Bonheur des Mômes” festival 2007. This group mural recounts the History (with a capital H) of Cow Art by subverting famous paintings such as Guernica by Picasso, Les Champs de blé by Van Gogh, La Laitière by Vermeer, or the famous Andy Warrol's portraits.
