During the yoga session, the masseur intervenes as needed to unblock and help you become aware of the body's blockages during the yoga session.

This summer, YogaMass will take place every Tuesday from 9.30am to 10.30am on the terrace of La VACHE ORANGE, and every Friday from 9.30am to 10.30am on the terrace of Les VOILES DU NANT.

One price: 30 € (group lessons (minimum of 3 people).
- 45€/person private lesson for 2 people.
- 110€ subscription card for 4 CO sessions. Valid for July and August for you and your friends in group lessons.).
