Pure Breath is an atypical and surprising wellness centre, where you can find inner happiness, and really get to know your body and mind.

Leisure Pure Breath Annecy

About

Departing from Annecy (74960)

At Pure Breath, you can expect a one-of-a-kind experience thanks to the various treatments, for a break from the daily grind and a refreshing change.

We have floatation rooms with floatation pools heated to between 35 and 36 degrees and with Epsom salt, making your body feel completely weightless. You will literally be floating. Your body is relaxed and your mind drifts off. And to make this session even more relaxing, you can choose to have background music. Each room is equipped with bath linen and shower products. We have thought of everything to make this an unforgettable moment.

We also have a salt room where you can opt for sound and energy treatments, massages and yoga sessions.
In this rather unusual room, we diffuse micro-particles of salt using a medical device called a halo generator, which has extraordinary effects on the respiratory system. Not-to-mention the immune system which gets a boost when you breathe in these micro-particles.
When you choose a treatment in the salt room, you can combine the benefits of halotherapy with the treatment you've chosen.
We guarantee you're in for an incredible experience.

Finally, we have a particularly surprising outdoor area, facing the mountains, with a south-west facing infinity pool. On this rooftop, we offer cold plunge treatments in the winter and group sessions in the summer.
