The French Ski School also offers an introduction to skiing for 3 to 4 year-olds at the 'Jardin des Neiges'. All lessons take place during term-time on Saturdays and Sundays only.

There is a free beginners' area located at the bottom of the slopes in Les Aillons-Margériaz 1400, which boasts a "bubble" covered conveyor ski lift and is open to everyone; ideal for a gentle introduction to skiing !
