Gite of 44 m² (+ 15m² attic) converted into a duplex, on the ground floor of the owners' house also including another gite (reference 275007). Beautiful atmosphere, mountain view (Massif des Bauges).
Independent entrance.
Equipped kitchen open to the living room (dining table, sofa, television).
Shower room: a basin on cupboard, shower, sanibroyeur wc, heated towel rail.
Duplex (access by a narrow spiral staircase): mezzanine with 1 bed 160x200cm, relaxation / reading area.
Terrace area in front of the gîte with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and plancha. Court, car park (1 space next to the gite).
Washer-dryer common to the 2 gites. Wi-Fi Internet. Possibility to put bikes in the owner's garage.
