A large apartment with 1 bedroom + cabin (equivalent to 2 bedrooms) that sleeps 7 people in Belle Plagne, at the foot of the slopes, in 4* residence Les Néréides, in the heart of the PARADISKI® ski area (Les Arcs, Peisey Vallandry, La Plagne) à 2100m d’altitude, with a magnificent south-facing panoramic view. Our fully-equipped "ski in / ski out" 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a pedestrian resort with all the retail services you need very close by. South-facing terrace with a panoramic view and direct access to the ski slopes. La Plagne is known for its vast and accessible ski area. Hundreds of kilometres of runs across forests and glaciers… The Paradiski® area offers 425 km of ski runs with 70% above 2000m.
Apartment classified 3* and 3 Cristals (resort classification).

- "Ski in / ski out" access, ski lifts 20m away. A drag lift takes you back to the apartment.

Apartment n° 714, on the 7th floor of residence Les Néréïdes (upper car park). 1 / 2 bedroom, sleeps 6 to 7 people, with a living area that has a double sofa bed (160x200cm), a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), an adjoining bedroom with 3 singles, consisting of bunk beds (80x190cm) and an extra pullout bed (80x180cm). Pillows 65x65cm. Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and standard coffee machine, toaster). Large bathroom with a bath, toilet, washer/dryer (washes 8kg / dries 4kg). Cupboards and wardrobes. Protective covers for mattresses and pillows are provided (please keep them clean).
Apartment surface area 50m².
There is all the equipment needed for babies or toddlers: folding high chair (for meals), folding cot, step for the toilet.
Ski lockers: in the building on level 3.
Underground parking under the residence.

KITCHEN: Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave/grill, kettle, Nespresso and classic coffee machines, toaster, raclette and fondue machines, all the necessary kitchen utensils, stemware, wine glasses, water glasses, lemon squeezer, pans, pots, salad bowls, dishes, etc…).

LOUNGE/ DINING AREA: Cable TV, sofa bed 160x200cm, very comfortable latex mattress in perfect condition. Table seating 6/7 people, chairs, stools. South-west facing panoramic mountain view.

BEDROOMS: new bedding, all the beds have duvets, pillows, protective mattress covers. Sizes of beds: - Sleeping cabin: 2 beds 80x190cm + 1 bed 80x180cm - Bedroom n°2: 1 double bed 160x200cm. Pillows 65x65cm. South-west facing panoramic mountain view. The windows all have 100% blackout double curtains

Washer/dryer (wahes 8Kg/ dries 4kg). Hairdryer. Toilet


CLEANING/LAUNDRY OPTIONS:
- Optional end-of-stay cleaning on request when booking (110€).
- Bed linen and towels (100% cotton), can be hired on request or you can bring your own.
Linen rental rates: Single duvet cover pack 22€, double duvet cover pack 30€ • Towels 7€/pers. Tea towels supplied in rental kit.

FREE RESORT TRANSPORT:
- free gondola service between Belle Plagne and Bellecôte, open 9am to 1am daily. Kids love it.
- inter-village bus service from Plagne Centre to Plagne Village and Plagne Bellecôte (Belle Plagne linked to Bellecôte by the gondola).

SKI HIRE DISCOUNTS:
With the apartment rental, you benefit from a 10% to 30% discount at Skiset Belle Plagne Sports or Sport 2000 in Belle Plagne on all your rental equipment. The shops are 100m from the apartment.

SKI LESSONS AT THE ECOLE DU SKI FRANCAIS: Piou Piou club (from 3 yrs) 150 metres away. There is also an ESF daycare centre for your littlest ones (from 18 months).

BOOKING/REGULATIONS
A rental contract will be sent by email as soon as we receive your confirmation.
A 500€ deposit is required that will be returned to you after your departure.
Obligatory tourist tax: 2€/ night / adult.
To book the accommodation, the client can pay the total amount in advance if the reservation is less than 30 days before arrival, or pay a deposit of 50% of the rent, including any options. The 50% balance, as well as the breakage deposit of four hundred euros (400€) and the tourist tax (obligatory) must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. Payment accepted by bank transfer or French cheque.

Arrival/Departure: You will be welcomed by our representative who handles arrivals/departures (handing over of keys) and inventories on arrival and departure.
