On the garden level: Terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture, deckchairs, electric barbecue, parasol. Beautiful unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains. Large garden at the front of the house shared with the owners (little used by the latter).
Carport on the property (electric gate). Electric car charging possible on traditional domestic socket in the carport (additional charge).
Ceiling height: 2m in the kitchen, 2m10 in the rest of the apartment.
