Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) + single bed (90) + large closet, parquet floor. The 2-seater sofa bed (140) in the living room is a real bed. Separate WC, separate bathroom with Italian shower.
Facilities: TV, kitchenette, induction hob, microwave grill, fridge, dishwasher; underfloor heating in all rooms + convector heaters, towel dryer; balcony and terrace; closed garage, outdoor parking.(built in 2010) Linen hire (€8 per person per week); sheets provided and beds made up on arrival;
Can be rented for 9 people in addition to the other 4-person apartment next door: they are connected by an interior corridor.
