Access through the fully equipped kitchen (entrance hall) with dining area, independent living room in the adjoining room with sofa, armchair, TV on cupboard. A corridor (2 steps) goes around the cottage: access to the bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin on furniture; separate WC; a technical room (washing machine, extra shower, boiler) and a storage cellar.
Access from the hallway to bedroom 1 (140x190 cm bed, desk) and to connecting bedroom 2 (140x190 cm and 90x190 cm bed, desk) Possible access to bedroom 2 from the kitchen.
Sheets and towels / house to bring. End of stay cleaning possible as an option. Central heating, garden furniture, barbecue, open ground.
Near a forest. A rural road passes in front of the house, possibility of passage of horses, hikers or mountain bikers. In winter, parking possible a few meters below the gîte (snow). Access on foot of 25m on a slight slope.
Village center 2.5 km. Shops in Onnion (on the way on arrival) and in Bellevaux 7 km away. Bellevaux/Hirmentaz ski resorts at 7 km or Les Brasses at 12 km. Evian at 36 km, Geneva at 41 km, Annecy at 66 km, Chamonix at 70 km.
