In a residential building located on an active farm, gîte of 55 m² (+10 m² under attic) located on the 1st floor with access from the parking lot via an internal staircase. Joint ownership by this access with a second gîte and two year-round accommodations.
On the 1st level, living room with fitted kitchen opening onto a lounge area (sofa, TV on furniture). Dining table for 4 people. Private balcony access.
Upstairs under the attic: bedroom 1 (2 twin 90x200 cm beds, wardrobe, skylight) and bedroom 2 (2 90x190 cm beds, skylight). Bathroom with vanity unit, shower, WC and washing machine.
Balcony on the 1st floor with garden furniture and deck chairs. Sheets are provided, beds made upon your arrival. End of stay cleaning possible as an option. Bathroom linen must be brought. Internet by wifi via Airbox 4G.
Parking in front of the building. Presence of a grocery store / tapas bar on the ground floor of the building on the street side, run by the owners (opening May 2024). Farm with animals (cows, pigs, etc.).
Village center 850 m, shops in Vallières 4.5 km. Rumilly (leisure center) 9 km away. Les Jardins Secrets / Seyssel at 11 km, Gorges du Fier at 18 km. Ski: Le Semnoz at 33 km. Hiking and mountain biking nearby. Aix-les-Bains and Annecy (lake, beaches) 27/30 km, Geneva 46 km.
