1 parking space at your disposal in the shared garage.
Ski room in the basement with secure cupboards.

The chalet is located 30m from the Combloux-Megève departmental road (rooms located in the part of the chalet opposite the road).
Princesse gondola (Megève ski area 200m away). Megève city center 3km (shops, restaurants, sports center...).
Combloux and its biotope lake (swimming in summer) 2km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 7.5 km away, Chamonix 35 minutes by car.
As the chalet is close to the road linking Sallanches to Megève, particular attention was paid to the sound insulation of the apartment during the renovations, for better comfort.
Long-term rental for winter possible.
