58m2 gîte on the garden level of an old, fully restored farmhouse.
The building also includes another gîte (adjoining), as well as accommodation for the owners (upstairs).
Each has its own private entrance. Quiet, rural and mountain environment.
Independent entrance from the covered terrace: integrated kitchen area open to living room (Tv, sofa), bedroom 1 (2 beds 80x200cm which can be twinned on request as a 160cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room with toilet and toilet.
