Access to the 1st level of the chalet on one level, from the car park: fitted kitchen open to living room (sofa, fireplace), giving access to a beautiful covered terrace with sliding doors.
At the lower level of the chalet: bedroom 1 (parental) with 1 bed 160x200cm, open private bathroom with corner bath, shower, double sink.
Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90xcm), bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds 90x200cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, extra fridge), summer entrance with storage.
Bed linen and towels are included (beds made on arrival).
Southeast terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. Herbal terrace with deckchairs. Parking at the back of the chalet
Sallanches center and all shops 4km (10 minutes by car). Combloux 11km, Megève 15km, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 35km (35 minuten cars).
Thermes de Saint Gervais at 11.5km. Many hikes to practice in the all-season sector (Mayères, Refuge de Doran, Pointe Percée, etc.).
Summer swimming: Lac des Ilettes at 7km (swimming, fishing, sailing), Lac de Passy at 10km (swimming, karting ...).
