Access by stairs. 1St: living-room (TV, DVD), dining area, fitted kitchen, room 1 (1 double bed), bathroom (shower) with toilet. 1St floor: mezzanine with bedroom (1 bed 140 + poss rollaway bed), and sitting area (sofa, library). Possibility to rent sheets. Terrace with furniture, small garden. Skiing in Megeve to 5km (domain Evasion Mont-Blanc), baths of St-Gervais 3km, ChamoniX 25km. Summer: leisure area of Passy at 2km. 3 weeks-10%.

In the heart of the Pays du Mont-Blanc, panoramic view of the Mont-Blanc massif for this characterful chalet (47m2 + attics) arranged on 2 levels next to the owners' house.
The chalet is adjoining another 2-person gîte (each has its own entrance). Access by stairs.
On the 1st level: living room, dining area, fitted kitchen, Bedroom 1 (1 double bed), bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs: large mezzanine with sloping ceilings (1.75m at the highest - .33 at the lowest) with sleeping area (1 double bed + possibility of extra bed), and relaxation area (sofa, library).
Possibility of renting sheets (beds made on arrival). Washing machine and dryer on request.
Terrace with garden furniture, small garden. Carport. Fully enclosed land.
Sauna on request €8/person/session.
Skiing in Megève 5km away (Domaine Evasion Mont-Blanc), St-Gervais thermal baths 3km away, Chamonix 22km away. Summer: Passy leisure center 1km away.
Only 1 animal is accepted in the gîte with a supplement of €5/day.
