77m2 gîte on the 1st floor of an old Savoyard chalet-style farm (renovated), also including 2 other owner's accommodations.
The cottage has its own independent entrance. Access to the gîte from the car park via a small path and an external staircase.
In the gîte: fitted kitchen open to the living room/lounge area (TV, rapido convertible sofa offering a comfortable extra bed 140x190cm), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, private bathroom with shower), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm twin + 2 bunk beds 90x190cm), separate bathroom (shower), separate toilet, storage space.
For your comfort, everything is included: sheets (beds made on arrival), towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
View of the Mont-Blanc massif (Dômes de Miage, Tré la tête), and Mont-Joly.
Parking on site (1 to 2 cars). Wifi Internet.
Private terrace area on the side of the cottage with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
Possibility of storing your skis in the gîte. The accommodation has everything you need for babies (on request).
