Individual chalet of 110m2 arranged on 2 levels, ideally located at the entrance to Morillon, and close to the gondola and the Lac Bleu leisure center.
On the ground floor: entrance hall, integrated kitchen area open to the living room/lounge area (fireplace, TV, sofa), separate toilet.
On the upper 1/2 level: bathroom (corner bathtub), bedroom 1 (1 large bed 180x200cm, TV).
On the 1st floor: bedrooms 2 and 3 each with: 3 90x200cm beds, bedroom 4 (1 large 180x200cm bed, TV), bathroom (shower), separate toilet.
Balcony, terrace facing South and West with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Wifi internet.
Everything is included: sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Private parking on site. Easy access in winter (flat road). Flat land (fields), around the chalet.
Shuttle stop 100m away in season: connection to the Morillon gondola (Grand-Massif ski area). Morillon cable car 1.5km away.
Shops and leisure center at Lac Bleu 1.5km from the chalet: summer swimming, tree climbing, pony riding, pump track...
Possibility of white water sports and fishing in the Giffre a few minutes from the gîte.
Samoëns village station 6km (10 minutes by car).
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 50 minutes by car (50km). Annecy, Geneva and beaches of Lake Geneva 1 hour away.
Numerous hikes to practice in the all-season area and in the Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve (20 minutes by car).
The chalet is set back from the road leading to Morillon.
