Very close to Lake Annecy, detached house (150m² + attic) arranged in 1/2 levels. Ground floor: entrance hall, separate WC, large room with spa for 5/6 people open from the beginning of April to the end of the All Saints holidays (optional: €150 per week for unlimited access), shower. 1/2 upper level: bright living room with kitchen open to living room (wood pellet stove), terrace access via large bay windows, laundry room. 1/2 upper level: Bedroom 1 (1 160x200 bed, bathroom with shower and bath), small lounge, separate WC. 1/2 upper level: relaxation area, Bedroom 2 (2 single beds), Bedroom 3 (1 double bed - or 2 twin beds), shower room, balcony. Terrace and garden with lake and mountain view, garden furniture, barbecue. Closed bike room. If an animal is present in the gîte, the cleaning fee will be requested.
Nature reserve at the end of the lake, beaches (Doussard) 2km away. Hikes in the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges, cycle path linking Annecy by the lakeside at 1.8km, Golf (Giez) at 8km. Skiing: Seythenex - La Sambuy at 20km, Aravis resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand...) at 38km.
