Large wooden deck, (garden furniture), BBQ, 3 private parking places. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Winter: 120km of ski slopes, cross-country skiing, ice rink, snow-shoeing. Summer: hiking/riding on the doorstep, leisure centre (tennis, lake, climbing, etc.) 1.5km. Spa at Saint-Gervais 15km. Departure point for 'Tour du Mont Blanc'. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200 + 2 bunk beds 90), bedroom 2 (1 bed 180x200 or 2x90), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190), bedroom 4 with sloping ceilings (2 beds 90 including 1 under the roof). 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets. Sheets and household linen provided. Beds made. Beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture and plancha, private parking (3 cars). Reduction stay 3 weeks -10%. In winter: 120km of trails, cross-country skiing, skating rink, snowshoeing. In summer: leisure center 1.5km away (tennis, lake, climbing, etc.). Hiking on site. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 15km away. Start of the trail for the Tour du Mont Blanc.
