Independent entrance (the entrance to the owner's house is located next to that of the gite - the owner passes in front of the gite)

The chalet is located on the edge of the road between the center of the village and the Linga (living room on the garden side). A stream also runs along the property.
Center of the village of Châtel 500m / 5 minutes on foot (shops, services, restaurants...), aquatic center "Forme d'O" 700m. Skiing: SuperChatel lifts at 1km, Linga 1.5km. Shuttle stop at 100m. Lake Geneva, thermal baths, Evian-les-Bains, Thonon-les-Bains 40km away. Thermal baths also on the Swiss side: Val d'Hilliez at 15km, Lavey 32km. Numerous walks and hikes in the Vallée d'Abondance.
