La ferme des granges

At an altitude of 1200m, overlooking the Val d'Arly: 88m2 gîte on the ground floor of a farmhouse also including another accommodation located at the back.
The farm is located in a rural environment, at the end of a small road.
Independent entrance: living room / lounge (sofa, Tv), fitted kitchen, bedroom 1 (2 beds 80x200cm which can be twinned into a bed 160X200cm + 1 bed 120x190cm, private bathroom, separate wc), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, Tv, bathroom private water and separate toilet).
Separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine. Internet wifi. Private parking, with the possibility of unloading in front of the gîte.
Private land in front of the entrance to the gîte with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue.
For your comfort, sheets are provided (beds made on arrival). Possibility to rent towels.
Center of Megève 7 minutes by car (3km): casino, shops, Tourist Office, Sports Center (swimming pool, skating rink, wellness area ...).
Access to the slopes of Megève-Rochebrune 1.3km from the gîte, ski lifts 3km (Rochebrune cable car).
Combloux, biotope lake at 9km, Saint-Gervais thermal baths at 18km, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc at 37km.
Snow equipment required in winter.
