Gîte of 66m2 (+ attic mezzanine), on the 1st floor of an old renovated Savoyard farmhouse dating from the 18th century. Calm and preserved environment.
The ground floor is occupied by the owner.
The cottage has been completely renovated in an authentic chalet spirit, while offering maximum comfort: underfloor heating, wifi, solar panels, quality materials.

Large attic mezzanine upstairs, offering 2 additional beds: 2 beds 90x190cm on a box spring on the floor. Maximum ceiling height of the mezzanine: approximately 1.5m (18m2 on the ground).

Beginner ski area of Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval at 2.8km: station linked to the Grand Massif area thanks to the waterfall track (returns only).
