Configuration of the flat :
- A large and bright living room with a lounge equipped with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), 109 cm flat screen TV, Blu-Ray + DVD player.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave oven, oven, toaster, espresso machine.
- Two bedrooms with double beds, one with shower room
- A sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- A bathroom with WC + a separate WC

Other equipment: hoover, hair dryer, hoover, board games, ski locker, shoe dryer.

Paying option :
- Playstation 3 rental with a choice of 5 games (10€ per week, 2€ per extra game)
- Covered and closed parking space under the residence (50€ per week)

Services :
End-of-stay cleaning not included, this one being at the expense of the outgoing tenant, kitchenette included.
Bed linen is provided on arrival (please specify the number of adults and children at the time of booking).

Tourist tax not included.

Train station and shuttle bus to MODANE, 4h00 from Paris by TGV.
Fréjus tunnel 6 kms away.
