Gîte (56m² + 2 verandas) located in a private property in the heart of a magnificent forest estate, adjacent to the Dranse nature reserve and offering numerous leisure activities (beach, tennis, swimming pool...).
Ground floor: kitchen open to living room and veranda. Upstairs (spiral staircase): 2 bedrooms opening onto veranda: bedroom 1 (1 140 cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 90 cm beds), shower room, separate WC. 2 terraces with garden furniture and relaxation lounge, one of which is at the water's edge. Unsecured access to the lake from the gîte terraces (not recommended for young children). Private parking. Bicycle loan.
The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
