84m² apartment on the ground floor of a chalet comprising 3 other apartments. Common entrance in winter (interior stairs from the car park). In summer, independent entrance via the gite's terrace. Capacity up to 9 people.
Equipped kitchen open to the living room (sofa bed, armchairs, television) access to the private terrace in front of the gîte.
3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (3 beds 90x190cm, 2 of which can be pushed together).
1 bathroom (bath, washing machine) and 1 shower room (shower).
2 separate toilets.
Bed linen and towels for hire, optional end-of-stay cleaning. Ski room.
Private courtyard / terrace area in front of the gîte offering a beautiful view of the mountains, garden furniture (forest table), deckchairs, gas barbecue, awning, ping-pong table. Large ground on the front of the chalet (common to all the apartments of the chalet), ideal for children in summer and winter.
Private parking on site (in summer: on the same level as the gîte - in winter: on the upper level / ground floor).
Skiing: Chinaillon - Le Grand-Bornand ski area at 800m. Chinaillon resort center (shops, restaurants) 1.5km away. Skibus stop on site (shuttles linking Chinaillon to the center of the village of Grand-Bornand). Center of Grand-Bornand 6km. Many summer and winter activities in Le Grand-Bornand (ice rink, swimming pool, golf, hiking, fishing, via ferrata, etc.) and in the Aravis.
Thônes at 17km, Lake Annecy (swimming, beaches) at 30km, Annecy at 36km.
Reservations for festive events not accepted (evenings, parties, EVG/JF...).
