The Ubac chalet is a rental of 200 m2.

The entrance hall of the chalet and the basement are shared with the adjoining chalet, Adret.

The 5 bedrooms are spread over 2 levels and can accommodate up to 16 people:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed, two bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, storage space
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, storage space
- 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds and a sink, storage space, a shower common to both bedrooms

The fully equipped kitchen is open to a large living room with a fireplace.
A games room with billiards, table tennis and table football are at your disposal as well as a sauna to relax.
The warm atmosphere of this chalet is perfect for recharging your batteries after your day in the mountains or skiing.
It is exposed North-West, on one level with a large snow field and a terrace where you can take advantage of the deckchairs even in winter.
The chalet is located in the heart of the Aussois resort and everything is accessible on foot. (shops, ski slopes, ESF, snowshoe walks, aqua-fun area)
You can also take the free shuttle that goes around the resort (stop just in front of the chalet).

Chalet equipped for 16 people (200 m² - 5 bedrooms)
- A large common entrance to the two adjoining chalets.
On the ground floor :
- A living room with lounge, fireplace and dining area
- A kitchen open to the living room, sized to the capacity and equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, traditional oven
- A terrace with tables, deck chairs and barbecue
- Access to the garden with a view of the mountains
First floor :
- two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 cm), a bunk bed (80 cm), an independent bathroom (shower), a balcony and storage
- a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), an independent bathroom (shower) and storage
On the second floor:
- 2 bedrooms each with three single beds (90 cm) and a sink
- a shower on the landing
- a relaxation area

On the ground floor:
- A games room with billiards, table tennis and table football (shared with the other adjoining chalet)
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer (shared with the other chalet)
- A private sauna
- A private ski locker

The toilets are distributed on each floor (a total of 3 toilets).
Two private parking spaces in front of the chalet and other free parking spaces nearby.
