Cocquet Myriam - Chalet Antramis - Apt L'Adret

This chalet is adjoining another chalet (the UBAC). A large entrance and the basement are shared between the two chalets.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom.
The living room is spacious and the very well equipped kitchen is open to the dining room.
You will enjoy spending the evenings by the fireplace in a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
It is south-west facing, on one level with a large snow field and a terrace where you can take advantage of the deckchairs even in winter.
A games room with billiards, table tennis and table football is at your disposal (shared with UBAC) as well as a sauna to relax after skiing.
The chalet is located in the heart of the Aussois resort and everything is accessible on foot (shops, ski slopes, ESF, snowshoeing, aqua-fun area). You can also take the free shuttle that goes around the resort (stop just in front of the chalet).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Chalet equipped for 12 people (150 m² - 3 bedrooms)

On the ground floor :
- A living room with lounge, fireplace and dining area (wood provided)
- A kitchen open to the living room sized to the capacity and equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave fridge, freezer, traditional oven.
- A large terrace with sun loungers
- A garden with a view of the mountains

First floor :
- Three bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 2 single beds on a mezzanine.
Each room is independent with each a bathroom.

On the ground floor:
- A games room with billiards, table tennis and table football (shared by the two chalets).
- Sauna
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board (common to the two chalets)
- A ski locker

The toilets are distributed on each floor (i.e. 2 toilets).
Two private parking spaces in front of the chalet and other free parking spaces just nearby.
