3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, television, balcony access), bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds 80x190cm).

Covered terrace and garden shared by 2 gîtes with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Private covered balcony with garden furniture. Private car park. Shared ski/bike room.

In summer, hiking trails start from the chalet. Center of Chinaillon (shops and restaurants) at 400m, center of the village of Grand-Bornand at 7km, many activities in the village: swimming pool, golf, ice rink, etc.
In winter, downhill skiing on site with 24 lifts and 84 km of slopes, 4 groomed pedestrian and snowshoe trails in the old village of Chinaillon. Nordic skiing at 7km in Grand-Bornand village with 70 km of slopes.
