Magnificent panoramic view for this gîte (87m² duplex + attic) on the 1st floor of a chalet located near the Col de la Croix Fry, including on the same level another adjoining gîte and the owners' accommodation. Spring, summer, autumn: independent chalet. Access by outside staircase.
Kitchen open to living room (access to the south balcony to the sheltered terrace and the garden). Bedroom 1 (1 double bed), shower room/wc. Duplex: bedroom 2 (1 double bed, 1 cot, safe, balcony), bedroom 3 (1 double bed, 1 single bed), shower room, separate wc. Garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Washing machine common to the 2 gites. Fitted sheets provided (duvet cover rental for large beds €10). The 90 bed is made upon your arrival. Storage for bikes and skis, with boot dryer on the ground floor Private car park.
