Access by external staircase. Capacity: 6 people maximum, children and babies included. Kitchen open to living room (access to the south balcony, the sheltered terrace and the garden). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (shower, toilet). Duplex: bedroom 2 (1 140x190cm bed, safe, balcony), bedroom 3 (1 140x190cm bed and 1 90x190cm bed), shower room, separate toilet. Garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Washing machine shared by the 2 gîtes. Bed linen: for 140cm beds, fitted sheets, duvets and pillowcases provided, it is necessary to bring the duvet cover (possibility of renting from the owners). For the 90cm bed, bed linen is provided.
