The access to the chalet is easy (no slope), always cleared of snow in winter.
When you arrive, you will find 3 parking spaces outside.
There is a ski room where you can also find garden equipment (parasols, deckchairs etc...)
The train station of Les Tines is at about 200 meters as well as the bus stop. You can travel for free in the valley with the guest card.
The chalet is less than 10 minutes from the center of Chamonix or Argentiere, 3 minutes from Les Praz, by car.
For skiing, the Flégère cable car is 1 km away, the Grands Montets cable car is 4 km away at the entrance to the village of Argentière, and the Brévent cable car is 4 km away in Chamonix itself.
In summer, less than 1 km away, there is an 18-hole golf course.
The rental (1 week minimum), will be from Saturday to Saturday.
