Old independent traditional farm typical of the Aravis including only a 90m² gîte on the 1st floor. Parking at the rear of the chalet on the same level as the cottage, except in the event of snow cover (garage available in an annex).

South-facing balcony, terrace on the same level as the gite with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Land / Garden. Garage for 1 car in the annex next to the chalet, private parking. Storage for bicycles/skis and boot dryer.
The road between the center of the village and the Vallée du Bouchet passes in front of the gîte. Cross-country skiing opposite the chalet. Shuttle stop 200m from the chalet.
Le Grand-Bornand ski area 1.2km away. Center of the village, shops, restaurants 1.5km. Many summer and/or winter activities in the resort and the Aravis: swimming pool, ice rink, via ferrata, hiking, golf... Lake Annecy (swimming, beaches) 27km, Annecy 32km. Thônes at 13km. Reduction for stay of 3 weeks -10%.
