Independent chalet of 93m² on the same level, located on the heights of La Clusaz towards the Col de la Croix Fry, at the foot of the ski slopes in winter. In summer, you can enjoy the terrace, the land and the magnificent view of the village and the mountains.

The gîte being housed in an old traditional farmhouse, the heights of the ceiling and beams are lower (beam height of 1.85m when passing through doors). La Clusaz ski area on site (slopes pass next to the chalet). Shuttle stop on site. 4 km from the resort center with shops and activities. Col de la Croix Fry / Manigod at 3km. Many hikes nearby. Les Confins (cross-country skiing, fishing) 9km. Lake Annecy 30km.
