Bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90x190cm allowing to create 1 double bed on request), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm joining). Bathroom (2 basins, bath, washing machine, dryer), shower room (shower, washbasin, wc).
Upstairs: bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm and 1 bed 90x190cm, television), small bedroom 4 (1 bed 90x190cm), separate wc with washbasin on cupboard.
Bed linen / sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning included. Wi-Fi internet.
South-facing balcony-terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs, awning. On the lower part of the chalet: shared garden with forest table, trampoline. Petanque. Barbecue on request.
2 private parking spaces on site. Possibility of leaving bicycles or motorcycles in the garage of the owners.
Leisure and services: supermarket at 900m, shops in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt at 5km.
Skiing in La Clusaz or Le Grand-Bornand 8km away. Shuttle stop at Saint-Jean-de-Sixt 5km away (allows you to then reach La Clusaz or Le Grand-Bornand).
Thônes at 5km, Lake Annecy and beaches at 19km. City of Annecy 30 minutes (24km). Many hikes in the Aravis in all seasons.
Large parties and evenings prohibited.
