2nd floor: bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm that can be pushed together), bedroom 3 (3 beds 90x200cm, 2 of which can be pushed together, balcony access), bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x200cm, balcony access), bedroom 5 (4 beds 90x200cm, balcony access), bedroom 6 (2 beds 90x200 that can be brought together). 2 bathrooms (shower) and 2 separate toilets.

The chalet is located between the villages of Abondance and La Chapelle d'Abondance - Châtel, set back from the departmental road 22.
Shuttle stop at 150m. Shops, restaurants, tourist office in the center of La Chapelle d'Abondance 1.5km away. Supermarket at 5km.
Skiing (Portes du Soleil): Crêt Béni chairlift (1.5km), Chatel 7km. Cross-country ski trails at 200m. Many summer and winter activities in the Vallée d'Abondance, (swimming pool in Châtel, via ferrata, hikes with departure from the gîte, snowshoes...). Lake Geneva, Evian-les-Bains, Thermal baths 30km. Swiss border (Morgins) at 11km.
Reservations for festive events not accepted (evenings, parties, EVG-JF...).
