Access to bedroom 3 on 1st floor (2 twin beds 90x190cm).
Upstairs: bedroom 4 (2 beds 90x200cm), shower room/wc opposite, bedroom 5 (2 beds 90x190cm, shower room/wc), bedroom 6 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room/wc), bedroom 7 (2 beds 90x190cm, shower room/wc). Mezzanine sleeping area with 2 beds 90x200cm.
Accessible outdoor spa (included in weekly rate for winter season - optional €300 for summer season), pétanque court, balcony, terrace area in front of gite entrance with garden furniture and barbecue. Mountain views. Land shared with owners.
Linen kit available for hire, end-of-stay cleaning included in the price. Wifi internet access.
Private parking in front of the entrance to the gîte (1st floor of the chalet). The chalet is located opposite the Linga ski lifts. Châtel village center 2.5km away (shops, restaurants, "Forme d'O" aquatic center). Shuttle bus stop 100m away. Lac Léman, thermal baths, Evian-les-Bains, Thonon-les-Bains 40km away. Numerous hikes in the Vallée d'Abondance. Swiss border (Morgins) 6km away.
In winter, 20% discount on ski rentals in the store on the chalet's first floor. Owner with Multipass membership.
Parties and large parties prohibited.
