Between Lake Annecy and the Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges, house comprising 2 gites and the owners' accommodation on 2900 m2 of land.
Gîte of 48 m2 on the ground floor, independent access. Kitchen/living room (Rapid sofa bed for 2 people), DVD player, bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom/wc. Central heating.
Beautiful terrace with direct access to the covered/heated swimming pool (May to September), boules pitch, barbecue, children's games. Outdoor spa accessible at an additional cost to be paid on site. Stay 3 weeks -10%.
Lake Annecy/beach 2 km away, nature reserve, paragliding site 2 km, Seythenex ski area 15 km. Golf: Giez 7 min. Ugine/Annecy cycle path 400 m away. The owners have dogs and cats. Cleaning deposit included in the deposit. Arrival time to be agreed with the owners between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Reminder: a deposit is requested on arrival with an inventory.
If you need to change the number of people provided for in your reservation - within the limit of the maximum capacity - please do so no more than 24 hours before the start of your stay.
