On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room with pellet stove and fixed table. A west-facing bedroom (1 double bed 200x160). Spacious and bright bathroom / WC. Staircase to access the upper floor and the lounge / relaxation area under the slope with rapido bench. Corner office.
Bedroom 2 - for children - under slope (2 190x90 non-twin beds) with exterior and interior window. West-facing balcony with mountain view.
Terrace area (west and south) equipped with garden furniture and relaxation area in front of the chalet (pétanque field, garden). Ski room, barbecue. Household, bathroom and household linen are included.
Hiking nearby (Cave and Seythenex Waterfall at 4 km). Tamié Abbey 7 km away. Ski: Seythenex / La Sambuy station 8 km away. Lake Annecy, Doussard beach and Bout du Lac Nature Reserve, 12 km away.
