Located in Les Houches at 1010m, a charming village in the heart of the Chamonix valley, in the Griaz d'en-Haut district, 4 km from Chamonix. Sloping access (equipment required in winter).
Parking space no. 2 opposite the apartment.
Shops 1 km away. Tourchet ski slopes and bus stop 600 m away. Bellevue cable car 2 km away.

- Bedroom 1: double bed. First floor
- Bedroom 2: 1 double + 3 single beds. Upstairs, sloping mezzanine.
For sanitary reasons, we ask you to bring your own bed linen.

On the first floor, the living room has a sofa, flat-screen TV, board games and access to the garden. The kitchenette opens onto the living room and is fully equipped with a mini oven, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker, fondue and raclette sets, as well as all cooking utensils, a washing machine, refrigerator and freezer.

The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, towel dryer and separate WC.

A ground-floor bedroom with a 140cm double bed. The apartment has a garden with an exceptional view of the Aiguille du Midi and the Mont Blanc range. The private enclosed garden is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Upstairs, the mezzanine is enclosed under an archway with 3 single beds (90cm), separated by a removable curtain, and a double bed (160cm). It also includes a small toilet area (washbasin and WC). All beds are equipped with comforters and pillows.

Heating is electric and individual, and all openings are fitted with shutters.

In case of snow, we recommend that you bring special equipment (chains for the car).

We accept vacation vouchers and offer a 10% discount on your stay for bookings of three weeks or more.

We regret that we are unable to accept pets and this is a non-smoking area.
