And it's with audacity that our chef likes to enhance his dishes with a touch of the exotic.

Thanks to his know-how and his attachment to "homemade" cooking, he has rightly become a Maître Restaurateur and has been elected a Disciple of Escoffier. Drawing on the benefits of local produce, his menu reflects his cuisine, reinventing itself with each season in our Haute-Savoie restaurant.
